Customer service was amazing, helping me with everything I needed to know

Came here to check the reviews before registering,And immediately thought it was legit because of the amount of 5 star reviews.Turns out, they're fake and so is this casino.3 of us decided to depisot for the 225% offer, and after registering our bonus balance quickly disappeared before we could even play.After clicking any machine to play, they didn't even load.Decided to contact chat support, but I was barely able to get support as they barely spoke english.Apparently there was a "Difficulty" and they couldn't provide any time when this was supposed to be resolved.Also due to their own inconveniences, they weren't even reasonable enough to refund the money.Long story short, fast deposits, can't play machines, can't withdraw and their support is poor.

Disgusting customer service quick enough to take your money but don’t pay out winnings, make you jump through hoops sending all sorts of ID and every thing gets rejected I won 3 grand fair and square and they use delay tactics still won’t let me withdraw, numerous complaints sent takes days for a reply, I have spoke with the UKGC about it and this particular site is well known for not wanting to pay out!!! Stay well clear of them
